Celebrate the start of summer and help us kick off our annual Summer Reading Club at our Kick-Off Celebration – a fun party for all ages from 2:00-4:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 10!
Make (and eat) your own GORP snack, explore our Animal Helpers Exhibit, contribute to our community art project, play games, create a sidewalk chalk mural, sign up for summer reading to win cool prizes, and learn about all of the exciting programs we have in store for summer!
The Summer Reading Program will run from June 10 through August 31 and will award prizes for readers of all ages when they accomplish certain milestones.
PRIZES
Ages 0-12
100 minutes: Pizza Hut personal pan pizza AND Culver’s custard
200 minutes: Light up bouncy ball
300 minutes: Rubber ducky, button, or stress ball
400 minutes: Ticket to any 2023 Sky Carp home game (Last game of the season is Sept. 3)
GRAND PRIZE: Sky Carp merch basket / one automatic entry for each 100 minutes read (Drawing held September 1)
Ages 13-17
100 minutes: Pizza Hut personal pan pizza AND Culver’s custard
200 minutes: Light-up bouncy ball
300 minutes: FABL coupon and reading light

How to Partipate
Log your minutes on a paper log, on the free Beanstack app, or on the Beanstack website at www.beloitlibrary.beanstack.org. Then stop in at each milestone to pick up your prize and throw your name into raffles for Wisconsin State Fair Passes.
