Beloit Public Library is moving to a new online calendar and room reservation system on Monday, August 3. As we prepare for the transition, online room reservation requests will be paused during the month of July. Groups who need to request rooms should email BPL’s reservation team at meet@beloitlibrary.org for assistance.
This update will better connect our events and reservations with new technology recently installed in the building, including room displays and wayfinding signs. Just like our current system, this new calendar system will be used to search the library’s event calendar, register for events, and reserve meeting rooms.
Thank you for your patience during the transition. Library staff will be available to help anyone who has questions or needs assistance using the new system.
