We will continue to offer contactless pickup service, but are transitioning from curbside to drive-up.

Here’s how it works: After you receive notice (via email, phone, or text message) that your hold is available, come and park in one of the two reserved parking spaces in our lot and give us a call. We will grab your hold, check it out to you, and deliver it to your car — preferably the back seat. Our two parking spots are located at the southeast corner of our building near the receiving bay.

This service will take a little longer than curbside did, but will provide a valuable alternative for those who prefer to stay contactless, have a difficult time walking, or have a sleeping child in the car.

Start by placing a hold on the item(s) you would like either online through your account (www.beloitlibrary.org), by email (pserve@beloitlibrary.org), or by phone (608-364-2905). Online requests are unlimited, but requests by phone and email are limited to five items per cardholder.
