Beloit Public Library heads Kim Huber, Michael DeVries, and Jessica GraminskeWe are excited to announce a strategic leadership shuffle at Beloit Public Library, effective from the start of this year. In a bold move designed to foster professional growth and operational flexibility, our three department heads have exchanged roles.

Jessica Graminske, previously the Head of Programming and Community Engagement, has stepped into the role of Head of Library Services. Kim Huber, our former Head of Library Services, is now the Head of Library Resources. Completing the circle, Michael DeVries, who previously managed Library Resources, is taking on the role of Head of Programming and Community Engagement.

This change underscores our commitment to professional development and adaptability, reflecting our belief in the importance of understanding multiple facets of our operations. By rotating these key positions, our leaders not only enhance their skills and knowledge but also embody the library’s ethos of being nimble and proficient across various domains. We believe this will enrich their leadership qualities and further enhance the services we offer to our community. Join us in supporting Jessica, Kim, and Michael in their new roles as they continue to drive our mission forward.
