We are excited to announce a strategic leadership shuffle at Beloit Public Library, effective from the start of this year. In a bold move designed to foster professional growth and operational flexibility, our three department heads have exchanged roles.
Jessica Graminske, previously the Head of Programming and Community Engagement, has stepped into the role of Head of Library Services. Kim Huber, our former Head of Library Services, is now the Head of Library Resources. Completing the circle, Michael DeVries, who previously managed Library Resources, is taking on the role of Head of Programming and Community Engagement.
