Get ready for an epic fall adventure that’s fun, free, and full of discovery! The Prairie Lakes Library System invites families, friends, neighbors, creative types, and book lovers of all ages to join the Ink & Imagination Passport Game, taking place from September 2 to November 30, 2025. It’s your chance to explore today’s amazing—and often unexpected—modern public libraries.
Ready to embark on an unforgettable mid-fall adventure? Explore, collect, and celebrate with the Ink & Imagination Passport Game—because libraries are more than just books. They’re your next great adventure. Share your journey and follow along with others using #ExplorePLLS.
How It Works:
- Grab a game passport: Head to any participating library for a game passport and your first sticker. Can’t wait? Download a printable passport at Prairie Lakes Ink & Imagination.
- Visit libraries to collect stickers: Visit any Prairie Lakes Library System location—every five visits earns you one entry into prize drawings.
- Go for the bonus: Visit all 22 member libraries and you’ll earn an extra prize entry.
This isn’t just about books—it’s a fun community-wide adventure game. Each new library offers something unique—explore cozy reading spaces, high-tech digital resources, creative programs, Libraries of Things, and more. Best of all? No library card needed – but we’d love to give Wisconsin residents a complimentary card with ID and proof of address (like a bill). Sorry, PLLS cannot issue free cards to residents of Milwaukee County, but you can still play the passport game.
Bring a Friend—and Double the Fun!
Adventure is always better when shared. Bring a friend, family member, or neighbor to explore the libraries and towns together. You’ll each get your own passport and can share tips, discoveries, and laughs along the way. Each passport highlights unique things about each library.
Awesome Prizes to Win:
Finish your passport entries by November 30, 2025, and you’ll be entered to win fantastic prizes across all ages:
- Ages 0–5: TonieBox interactive music & story player (approx. $100)
- Ages 6–12: LEGO Kit (approx. $100)
- Ages 13–17: Nintendo Switch (approx. $200)
