The library welcomes the use of its meeting rooms for civic, cultural, educational, and public information meetings of organizations serving in the Beloit community.

One large meeting room is available with a seating capacity of 196 persons. The large meeting room can be subdivided into two (2) smaller rooms, with maximum individual seating capacities of Room A (80) and Room B (98).  Attendance may not exceed the maximum occupancy, which is subject to change based on room set-up.  Kitchen facilities are also available upon request.

The public meeting rooms are not available to commercial enterprises for the purpose of promoting or causing the sale of property or services for monetary gain, or for social functions (showers, parties, dances, etc.).  All meetings must be open to the public and the press.

  • Non-profit groups are not charged for use of the room, however a donation of $25.00 is suggested.
  • For-profit groups will be charged a $100 fee for use of the room.
  • Other fees may apply.
