The popular FABL Warehouse Book Sale returns to BPL this March with gently used books at unbelievable prices.
The sale will be held in the Community Room at Beloit Public Library the following dates and times.
Thursday, March 9, 2-6 p.m.
Friday, March 10, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
Saturday, March 11, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
Hardcover books will be priced at $0.50 each. Paperbacks, media, and children’s books will be $0.25 each. Saturday is clear-the-warehouse “Bag Day,” at which time it will only cost $1.00 for a brown paper grocery bag full of books. Bags will be provided.
“We have been storing up a variety of books for quite a while, and now there is a huge quantity of them!” said Karen Arft, FABL President. “There is something for everyone. Don’t miss this opportunity to get a real bargain on some great books.”
FABL is a volunteer-run, non-profit organization that raises funds through the sale of discarded library books and donated books. Donations that are clean and in good condition are always welcome; they can be dropped off at the library’s main service desk. FABL supports projects and special programs at the library for adults and children. FABL has approved a donation of $20,330 to Beloit Public Library for the 2023 fiscal year.
