In January of 2023, Beloit Public Library Foundation hired an Executive Director, Lisa Ingalls, to further the mission of The Foundation. Beloit Public Library Foundation is a not for profit that raises funds to continuously improve, promote and support Beloit Public Library. Your gifts allow us to take the library beyond city funding to a new level of excellence.
Lisa’s work experience and background includes 29 years of employment at Lutheran Social Services of Illinois (LSSI) where she served as the Executive Director of Senior and Disability Services. Within her scope of work, she successfully secured many grants to fund senior housing and programming along with teaming up with LSSI’s advancement department to secure additional donation dollars for disability services and home care services. Her work in securing grants and donations for her network shows her commitment to making a positive impact in people’s lives, which bodes well for the future of The Foundation and its ability to provide additional funding and support for the library and special programming.
