National Cat Day

For all ages.  Send us your photos of pets dressed up for Halloween throughout the month of October to refstaff@beloitlibrary.org.  We will pick out the winners on National Cat Day for best dressed, scariest, and cutest pets.

1st Brigade Band - Making History Live!

For all ages. Join the 1st Brigade Band as they MAKE HISTORY LIVE by presenting period brass band music, performed on antique instruments. Attired in uniforms and gowns, the Band's musicians, color guard, and costumed ladies take you back to the 1860's; to that turbulent era known as the Civil War. Join us as we commemorate the last year of the Civil War.

Why We Love the Packers Tailgate Party

For all ages. Tailgate in the library with brats and hot dogs. Then hear about “Why We Love the Packers!” with Jim Rice. The program features 300+ photos of the team's great games, players and iconic moments.  Ticket is required to attend. Pick up your free tickets at the library starting September 14. Limit 2 per person. Space is limited.

International Talk Like A Pirate Day

Visit the library to search for pirate treasure, take a pirate quiz and tell us what your pirate name is!
