Get a library card
Getting a Library Card:
Initial library cards are free to all City of Beloit residents, Beloit property owners, and all Rock County township residents who choose Beloit Public Library (BPL) as their home library. Residents who live in Wisconsin, excluding residents of the City of Milwaukee and Milwaukee County, are also able to get a BPL card. If you do not live in Wisconsin, or are a resident of the City of Milwaukee or Milwaukee County, you may get a BPL card by paying a $100/year fee - this fee may be paid in $25 quarterly implements.
